A Family Nurse Practitioners with urgent care or occupational medicine experience are needed to provide locum coverage for health clinics near Milwaukee, WI

Description:

  • 2+ years old
  • Dispensary on-site
  • Wellness Programs
  • Occupational Medicine services
  • Phlebotomy certification a plus

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent in nursing
  • Active & unrestricted Wisconsin license & DEA
  • 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in UC or OM
  • Must be long-term locum
  • BLS & ACLS certifications
