Co-CEO – Manmeet Virdi

Manmeet Virdi works as a Chief Executive Officer for the Aequor Group of Companies, which was founded in 1998. Manmeet earned a BS in Computer Science and MS in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Education Program in Management from Columbia Business School.

He has served on the Board of Trustees for Rutgers Preparatory School since 2013 and has been an advisor to the Sikh American Chamber of Commerce.


Co-CEO – Kamalpreet Virdi

Kamalpreet S. Virdi is the CEO and Chairman for the Aequor Group of Companies. His education includes Executive Education in Accounting at Columbia University, MS in Computer Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology, and BS in Biochemistry at Rutgers University.

Under Kamalpreet’s leadership, Aequor has been recognized repeatedly by Top Work Places, SIA Best Staffing Firms to Work For, Top Ten Asian American Business Awards, Top 100 Mobile Apps Vendors, among many others.


President – Joel Williams

Joel Williams joined Aequor in 2015 through its acquisition of Therapy Staff. He is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of business operations throughout the Aequor Group of Companies.

Joel’s prior experience includes his role as President of the Allied Division at Supplemental Healthcare and as Vice Presidents of Finance at CareerStaff. He earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston.


Executive Vice President – William Klabo

William Klabo is responsible for the travel nursing and allied business of the Aequor Healthcare Services and Therapy Staff brands. With over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, William has deep expertise in designing, developing and managing high performance, high-growth organizations.

Prior to joining Aequor, William held leadership positions with Cross Country Staffing, Favorite Nurses and several other national healthcare staffing firms.


Vice President – Stephanie Jensen

Stephanie Jensen joined Aequor Healthcare Services as Vice President of Locum Connections in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, business development and recruiting.

Her purpose and passion for building and leading exceptional teams, and her unwavering commitment to helping our clients and providers deliver the highest quality of care are just a few of the strengths she contributes to the Aequor team. Stephanie holds a BS degree in marketing and business from Georgian Court University.
